Ted - Harvard MBA, Princeton Undergrad, US Navy, Lieutenant on submarine.  30+ years running, consulting & starting businesses under 500 million in sales.

Jeb - Runs and started international NGO, Calling All Crows.  In addition started another non-profit (Dispatch Foundation) and advises on multiple others.  Also started three for profit businesses with under a 100 million in sales.
